what sets apart M series from its previous series

speculation has it that the SD may be going thru a revamp (just like the GMT)and will be shown in basel 08 so rolex adjourned the idea of placing the chapter ring in the SD. rumour will be at best hearsay so guess we'll wait til april.

but i personally prefer one with the ring but since SD doesn't come with it, guess i will have to wait out for the purported new SD or the polar expII.

after factoring in the exchange rate and cc fees, my Submariner Date should be slightly less than $7.3k ..

could be $300 cheaper if i paid by cash though ..

too bad i didn't have so much cash in hand during my trip ..

The M series SD now comes with the engrave rehaut? Don't mind me asking but from your previous posts quoted above , did u buy the SS SubDate or the SD??
