My wife gave up coz she nearly broke down when saw the scratch. Although the scratch was "rectified" immediately, she no longer have the confidence in RSC. Coz if the scratch is by herself, she can honourably accept it but definitely not by some one else.

We used gmt on our laptops, hps and office pcs to test the timing.

can share what devices and appliances is near watch when watch is @ rest?
All our watches are placed on micro fibre cloth, with each watches resting on a individual clean lenses cloth. No other electronic devices are near the watches.

Initially I thought it was ok but the service staff said RSC tolerance level for date jump is 4mins after midnight, can timing cannot be more than 4 secs slower or 2 secs faster.

Sad to agreed but apparently, I tested and proven this myth.

As above quoted by the service staff of RSC which made me quite uneasy.

Hope we can have better service from RSC. Since our rolexs are our prized babes..

I am sure he will.... and other (more expensive) brands have been reported to be worse than Rolex on this department :P

Bring in 1st time, hospitalised for 1 week. Watch still slow by 5 - 6 secs, date slightly better, change @ 4mins 30 sec..
So send in again, they calibrate and said ur watch is slow by 2sec only when me and my wife used gmt
as reference every day. then I realised date change start getting slower like 6 - 7mins again so I send in.
this time hospitalised for 1 and half week, come out bracelet scratched. 1st day date change within 5mins,
but after that day up til nw, date changed from 8 - 9mins.
Really dunno what to say of Rolex standards.

Go in the monring when they had just starting to open shop is the best. I send it mine at around 1030am, got it at around 1pm on a weekday.
