    depends on situation. can range from couple of hours to half a day to following day.

    Can outside technician buy new rolex parts from rolex?
    Or only through black market?
    If its through black market, are these new parts reliable? Genuine?

    Actually this one-to-one exchange policy is restricted to singapore RSC or applicable to world wide RSC
