Explorer II is a GMT watch. Pam 388 is a in house P9000 calibre. Explorer II can choose to have either white or black dial, but usually ppl will buy the white dial. Explorer II can get S$8500 or below if you try hard enough, Pam can have the straps change easily. It depend on your liking though.

what?!?!! what kind of stupidity is this? lol i own both rolexes and pams and both are great watches. Pam models using external movemenets are slowly being phased out (however, the base models are hot favorites among pam lovers) and most PAms actually run on in house movements. As for ETAs being poor timekeepers, that couldnt be further from the truth. You might want to research on PAM. They use a lot of ETA movements and they are notorious for very poor timekeeping. Critics call it a toy watch.....
