  • Singapore Rolex watch servicing

    Hi,

I have a question I'm hoping you can help me out with. I would like to service my watch. I'm new in town and would like some help with the following:

    - Where is the RSC. Is it the big building on Orchard Road?
    - How much does it cost to have a full service? and
    - What is the expected turnaround time?

Please help me out with these questions.

    Thanks, All

    AL

I've read the sticky but would like to get more recent update on pricing. FYI, the watch is an ExpII that is 9 years old.

No scratches on crystal and would like to get it looking like new.

    Thanks!

==> It is between Lucky Plaza and Paragon

          - How much does it cost to have a full service? and
==> the service fee for my GMTII was about S$400, but guess yrs should cost more as my last service was done about 3 to 4 years ago, and i do not change any major parts this time

          - What is the expected turnaround time?
==> for my case, was given collection time about 2 weeks, but recevied call after just 1 week that watch is ready for collection.

Please help me out with these questions.

Thanks for that info. I guess the cost must've jumped quite a bit since then. I am pleasantly surprised about the collection time being so short. I will keep my fingers crossed that they can deliver a similar experience.

While one month seems a long time to part with your "wife", i think it is a reasonable time frame given the additional complexity of Daytona.

a chronograph should take that long compared to perpetual, etc.....i think 4 weeks is pretty long.
