go down to the shop and pretend as a buyer, check the serial number at 6 o'clock position.

do understand that rolex warranty certificate and card number is unique and ties down to one watch.

if you have your rolex warranty paper, bring it down with police report and go to the preown shop and ask the shop politely if you can see the serial number of the watch in concern.

if shop does not want to do so, go to the police station you made report and inform them. the police can handle from there.

no paper =no proof that the watch is yours. unless you have a receipt indicating the watch serial and your mum name or something.

Depends on how old the watch is. if new watch, it is visible on the inner ring of the watch at the 6 o'clock position. If I am not wrong, anything after Z series will have serial number on the inside of the watch without having to remove the bracelet. Otherwise you will have to remove bracelet, and read the serial number from there. All the best!

Chances are slim. The best way now is to report to police, let us know the rollie serial number as well, so at least we can also keep a look out in case someone selling.

                Good luck.

To see the serial number, just have to remove the bracelet....the serial number will be at the watch case...no need to open the caseback to see de....
Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak

Courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen
