    Yes that is true for quite a few European countries but price rises in France and some of the Western European countries - i.e Italy, Spain have not been implemented yet as far as I know.

    There's a price increase in June this year if I'm not wrong so these prices are not accurate...

    I'm not too sure if France has had a price rise but the price list for those models as of early 2012 are
    6285 Eu for the Explorer 2 42 mm;
    6200Eu SS GMT 2 C;
    9250 Eu for TT GMT 2 C;
    6285 Eu for SS Submariner C;
    9585 Eu for TT Submariner C.

    Might be worthwhile to e-mail Jean Mick; Wempe or Dubail for the current price list.

    Definitely Italy. The Rolex boutique will offer the best availability and dial options. There is an AD named Pisa Orolegeria which from memory has brances in Milano and Roma.

    Hmmmm... wondering if it is because they are not popular there or what...

    Good Idea but just wondering if it is too risky to pass the credit card details over the phone.

    If you really want it , it might be a good idea to call the AD's and then ask them if they have it. For that model sometimes its not in stock but can be courriered from the factory in Geneve within a day or 2.They may ask for credit card details as well, but all these AD's are professional.
