    Happy new year to all of you,I'm new to this forum but I need your help regarding my Green face submarina which I brought last April it will stop moving after winding.Can I bring back to the shop that I brought and ask them why or who should I refer to?

    Bring to RSC since still under warranty.

      There are 2 options for you

      1) bring all the necessary and receipt to the shop you bought the watch from
      2) bring all the necessary and receipt to RSC and seek their advice

          hi. just curious, how do we wind our rolex? after we unscrew the crown, is turn clock-wise or anti clockwise ? i never wind before, just shake the watch and it start moving...

            Winding should be in clockwise direction. ie thumb on top of crown, index finger holding below & push the crown forward using your thumb ...

                    A pc of advice :

                    Pls check your watch thoroughly when you are collecting it back from RSC. Make sure all's fine before you leave.
