I saw a very very nice & dope new face lift Blue Sub from the new Rolex catalog !
It's Light Blue Ceremic Bezel, Light Blue Dial and the killing part is it's full White Gold Bracelet that make it cost a bomb
But i don't it's a Collector/Limited Version like Sub LV.
I ask the AD they estimate the price ard $25k ~ 30k.
Sound like all the Sub hood gonna get themselve in trouble by can't stop thinking of it !
Chk it out ! But don't get hook !

Cannot reveal lah! or most sellers here will mark me lah! But small advise for you. Just call up all the big AD in spore and they will tell you. Then you and I know only. Heheehe...
I'm not sure how Rolex strategise their marketing. There are just too many variance of Submariner-Date out there now. And the pricing of the new models is many times the old one. This might mean that the new one might not move as fast as they want....
My feeling is, it is only a matter of time that they will discontinue some of the older models and consolidate. Of which, I guess the LV and half-gold will be the first to go.
LV because it's their trial model to test the market acceptance on the maxi-dial, it's about time because the newer models are all with maxi-dial.
The half-gold because the new ones are all with half-gold already....
I forsee LV sub become a transition submariner in future. Transition because it has maxi dial and bigger minute hand while still having the aluminium bezel and smaller case.
Rolex stainless steel daytona (black dial)
Rolex LV submariner
Rolex TT black submariner
Rolex GMT2 Pepsi
Rolex Non date submariner
Rolex Explorer2

Sometimes forgotten, but always contactable. Darkangel (2007-2014)
LV will not be a transition watch if it discon. It will be consider a True Rolex Sub 50th Anniversary watch. And the price of LV will be highest among all the Discon watches.
