Yup, there are definitely much cheaper alternatives out there. But the reviews for the Rubber B strap has been very positive so far. Already spent so much on a watch, what for save just a few hundred dollars? I am happy with my Rubber B purchase after seeing the fitment and quality. Overpriced but feel good paying for it. Hahaha.

Go green! Personally, if my Vitamin 'M' allows me to get it, I would have taken the Hulk as my choice. Hulk would def seek more attention. :P

Green is unique, but black is classic.
Most of the watches out there are black irregardless of brand. "Classic" of coz. How often do u see an orange, pink, yellow or green watch? Each is unique, something not everyone can accept. Similarly to the wearing of clothes.

So is green not "safe" in your opinion? Meaning for people who bought a green sub are not safe and dangerous??? Haha..

    What luck it brought u?

Through the comments, some said black, some swear by green. imho, it's important which one u like. INDIVIDUAL preference per say. It's true that the black dial is "common" classic design that can last and the green sub is one that's unique design. Buy all the whole range if u can, else u just choose something your heart tells u.

Come on, in the end black or green or blue, u still belong to the submariner family.

If $ is no object, get the whole range cos all r v nice! The "Hulk" version is unique since it's a commemorative design/colour for celebrating the Sub's 50th anniversary?

Yes you're right. But I prefer some colour dial and not all black dial :-)
