[QUOTE=MrBezel;563590]Hi all, new to rollies, and the bug bites fast and furious. In a space of a month, bought 2new pieces: an explorer 42mm, and later a black sub. Both black dials. Now contemplating flipping the black sub for the hulk... what do you guys think? Sitting on the fence here....[/QUO
U should try on both and see which 1 u like most. Eventually, U are the 1 paying and wearing it yourself, U must buy something that u like most than anyone else. Frankly, GREEN & BLACK SUB with date also have many supporter... :-)

Doesn't matter either GREEN or BLACK SUB, as long as the buyer like it, just go for it... :-)

That's why I got an LV! All my other tags and seikos are black dial. Doesn't make sense for me to buy another black dial right?Originally posted by eastsider View PostGo for green. The actual watch is so much nicer than how its shown in magazines.
To be honest, i thought it was ugly when i first saw it on magazines but now i love it. I m sure u have other watches with black dial, so should try something different else y waste money buying similar watches

You buy a black, people perception is normal basic rolex... but if you gotten a blue or green, then their mindset changed.

The green is rolex signature color. Since rolex origin is from UK, and if you are in motor sport, formula 1 color green is for UK. So personally I think green color is very special to rolex.

Great, as long as you're happy with what you brought, I feel happy for you :-)Originally posted by JustCallMeD View PostYup, there are definitely much cheaper alternatives out there. But the reviews for the Rubber B strap has been very positive so far. Already spent so much on a watch, what for save just a few hundred dollars? I am happy with my Rubber B purchase after seeing the fitment and quality. Overpriced but feel good paying for it. Hahaha.
