[QUOTE=MrBezel;563590]Hi all, new to rollies, and the bug bites fast and furious. In a space of a month, bought 2new pieces: an explorer 42mm, and later a black sub. Both black dials. Now contemplating flipping the black sub for the hulk... what do you guys think? Sitting on the fence here....[/QUO

U should try on both and see which 1 u like most. Eventually, U are the 1 paying and wearing it yourself, U must buy something that u like most than anyone else. Frankly, GREEN & BLACK SUB with date also have many supporter... :-)

That's why I got an LV! All my other tags and seikos are black dial. Doesn't make sense for me to buy another black dial right?

You buy a black, people perception is normal basic rolex... but if you gotten a blue or green, then their mindset changed.

The green is rolex signature color. Since rolex origin is from UK, and if you are in motor sport, formula 1 color green is for UK. So personally I think green color is very special to rolex.

Great, as long as you're happy with what you brought, I feel happy for you :-)

What's so legend about it? The black or the sub? If u meant black is legend, u were referring to the dark knight? Lol.
