      Recommendation is to meet at rsc u pay for the verification and get it all done prior to handing over the money.
      Frankly tat is how did my deals on the safe side. Alternatively if your seller cannot meet at the operating hours
      of rsc u may arrange to meet at reputable watch servicing shops such as top hour or jw which are open in sat.
      top hour is owned by a ex Rolex technician and has been in budiness for many years.
      Some if the bros here also know him as well.
