Yes, S$ is very strong now but you have make sure HK and US ADs are giving equal or more discount than Local ADs.

Rolex from ADs are generally more expensive in HK as compared to SG. Official discounts are only 10% in general. That said, for non ADs and depending on models, u can find some decent pricing in HK as compared to SG.

For brand new ones, prices are tightly controlled by Rolex. So it doesn't really vary much, though there can be slight variations

If you are referring to preowned Rolexes, then yes. HK's preowned Rolexes are cheaper than Singapore
