    Ok...let me explain

    Date = 34 mm
    Midsize Datejust = 31mm
    Men's size Datejust = 36mm

    Hope it helps...

    Dial is the face...marker is the MARKER! Haha...markers are the like diamonds,roman numerals,stick markers,arabic numerals.

Quite a number of the messages contained - "Rolex with no pinhole". What exactly is pinhole? Any pics to show? many thanks!

    Secondly, what is the difference between date, datejust and no-date rolex? Apart from the fact of the comestics such as the band, size, is there a difference - ex: the water-resistance level or etc?

    I'm planning to get this particular rolex in end august -

    Any idea on the damage??

    Many thanks and cheers!
    I think the pinhole and size difference part part seiko.citizen beat me to it already.

    I shall help you with the 1 you are looking at. My personal opinion is that,the Date commands one of the worst resale value among all the Rolex models.

    IF you really want,you might have to order from the AD because usually they don't carry much stock for Date models. I think cost would be approx 8k.

    My recommendation is the Stainless Steel Datejust with diamond dial...

    pin hole is where the bracelet is like this

    no pinhole is the lack of the holes, thus giving a smooth finish

    date = 34mm
    datejust = 36mm
    daydate = display day AND date and comes in 36mm.

    water resistance is same and no difference on dress models.
