subLV and SD resale value IMO will be similar. afterall both models are highly desirable now. but having said that, the SD may have a resale advantage because of its discontinued status.

CURRENTLY I might have to agree with you...but once the Sub discontinue
Sometimes forgotten, but always contactable. Darkangel (2007-2014)
Aiyah...if you just want to consider re-sale value alone, and with the so many "what if"s, you may end up buying none. IMHO, just buy the one you like lah.

but look at it this way....... the sub anniversary long over , but they still producing green bezel? something tells me that it is just a limited run compare to the mainstream subbies

Considering this two watches, Sub LV of Sea Dweller, what's your opinion ?
Which one will hold value more in the long run ?
and now very very soft. and too many around. U go to the retailers, they'll try to sell you at around 8.5k. you go to grey market, I think early 7 something can get already. Compare this with when it first came out and hit 14k. Very hard for the LV to make it again, I believe.
SD, some people believe has potential, but not me.

way too many subLV in the market. doesnt command the premium due to the volume and "demand".

Who has a brand new LV SUB with box and unnamed + undated papers at S$7k, post in SG-ROC leh!!!
at S$7k........i think you are driving a hard bargain. even if i get from my local ozzie AD A$7.77k BNIB, however my bet is, they will date the papers. keeping in mind, travels departing Oz within 30 days can get 10% refund.
