Choice : GMT Master II or Submariner

I go for Submariner, that's my first piece of Rolex when I got it during my Honeymoon in Switzerland.

I like both but as I can only afford one, I sold my GMTIIc and got a Sub C instead.

less blink blink and suits my lifestyle more Individual taste.

SS Sub C is more versatile. Kind of depends on individual.

Sub c has a clean look. I will go for gmt 2c due to travel requirement.

I prefer Sub C as the bezel is cleaner. The bezel on the GMT kinda busy n cluttered.

Both are good models.

IMO, Submariner is like a classic and Rolex icon. GMT is handy as the GMT hand is very useful if you always travel. Try it out and get the one you like.

Buy the one that you like most. Resale value for modern Rolex all about the same depreciation.

I have been planning to buy my first Rolex this coming 2012. The problem is, after hearing so many advices from others, I don't know which 1 to buy...

Bros here can give a bit of opinion? Also, which 1 has better resale value?
