Just to chk...the sub second hand seems not moving smoothly....is it normal? seems like stuck a bit during movement....done some research ...is it beocs of the reason that it's doing with something like 8 movement per sec etc?

Not smooth? it's not as smooth as your quartz slientz movement clocks hav to tell u first....it's actually ticking at a very fast speedy...
