suburb is ok...but will miss out a lot of tourist traffic.....depend on local consumption not enuff....

Quite true . Orchard rental is estimated @$30 PSF . So a 2000 sqf showroom is roughly $60000 . Deposit 2 + 1 is $180K . But i doubt anyone will go suburb areas to buy Rolex or Frank Muller right ?

I told them for the time being can get sub $10K watches only lar the higher ones need to wait till i strike TOTO .
