RSC recomended to only wind 18 rounds if you do manual winding... But to completely wind up, it takes abt 30 rounds. Wind until you feel some resistant then you must stop. Btw, rolex watches cannot be over-wind, so dun worry... A properly service watch shd have the second hand started moving by the time u wind 18 rounds. Just my RM2cents of comments.
