              I would suggest you don't stress the watch unnecessarily. The same reason people don't go Diving with a Submariner or climb mountain with Explorer. haha..

              Driving fast car with Daytona would be fine

                The watch would follow our body temperature, especially when our body is wet. So that will not be an issue...
