            yes guys!

My 1st dress watch was the JLC Reserve de Marche which I liked very much because these "style" of watches go very well with my daily office attire.

When the Master 8 days was first launched, it naturally became one of my desired timepieces but alas it came during a time when I was unwilling to pay more than 10k for a watch.

I have been looking out for a pre-owned M8days...only one I came across was the rose gold one that was also sold by watchlink a while ago but the SS was good enough for me. Problem is you hardly come across a pre-owned piece in the forums here.

This is a pretty mint local set and dated 2010 so i thought it was a fair price. Decided not to hesitate when i saw it posted at the website and brought my wife down to see the piece

Lucky for me, my wife liked it too so I was given the unspoken "permission" to buy it then & there

Personally, I liked the idea of adding another 7/8 day power reserve watch to my collection. There has been one power reserve watch that I have been eyeing but I just kept getting distracted along the way... It has been a very popular model amongst our forum brudders these days but i prefer the model before the current one. Nevermind...I will get it at some point in time

            Thanks !

Congrats bro! Seriously the speed at which you are building your collection is astounding! I'm bloody envious man, especially since you have such a supportive wife

Allow me to poison you with my next planned purchase when bonus time comes around. My CO has already viewed it with me and approved. You should go get your prior approval too. 2 words.

                Lange 1.

That's one watch I've been thinking about for almost 6 months already. I trust you will like it too

Wow I also like it but the Lange 1 dial less than 40mm so too small for my wrist same prob I have with most PP models...

Grand Lange 1 is 41.9mm so can consider but dial layout not as nice IMHO.

If you ask me, I rather the smaller Lange 1 than the Grand Lange.
Tell you bro....skip the Lange...go straight for the Patek 5980. Big watch with movement and presence. The king of chronos.

3 or 4 in your current harem to go and your are almost there for a 5980.

I am not trying to poison you At one time, I know of someone who paid almost 90K for this piece!

i've decided not to get Lange 1 for the exact same reason (plus it's manual winding)

go for Grand Langematik....old model....automatic and it's 42mm....went to THG last week and they don't have stock (or no longer carry it) so i've a healthier bank balance then which is not a bad thingy..hahaaa..
