I am surprised there is so much interest in 6694. I have received many pms with offers after posting a comment in a 6694 thread. I have a few but only 3 with certs. The unique one I guess is the piece with the middle-east or lighthouse dial, which is supposed to be original rolex dial.

yup, all 6694. only the black, gold & middle east are of the original rolex dials.

Truly a nice collection. Anybody knows what's the typical price for one with cert? I heard that price vary according the colour of dial - silver being rarer than black for instance and cost more.

What about the red dial? Is it original and non recon?

hi thanks... price vary a lot, frm early to high $2k. the red dial is not original, it's an after market dial (not recon) & cost close to half the watch itself
