          Why diet? I eat whatever I want to eat and didn't count any calories.

              Heavy breadfast ,go gentle on lunch & light dinner(porridge) for old man like myself...........plus sleep early !

                i take 1 meal a day. drop weight v fast.

                  Avoid all carbo like potato, rice, bread and noodles. Also processed meat like nugget, sausage and mince meat. Cos a lot of fats added to make it chewy. I have my normal breakfast with Kopi and kaya toast, lunch with fish soup/yong tau fu and salad for dinner. In 2 months weight dropped from 82kg to 75kg..

                          yes , I agreed with it , cut carbo totally if possible and in only two weeks will see visible result with a slimmer tummy. But be prepare 1 week sure cannot get used to it and feels body very weak, pass the first week you body will switch to burning fats and muscle for fuel , then you can see rapid changes in your body.

                            cutting down on sugar helps for me too.. kopi/teh si and cut down on carbonated drinks

                              I only eat porridge and a little bit of meat with lots of veg, then dinner will be a lot of papaya... haha.. within 2mths I slim down almost 8kg...
