Take the time to do research on your body type. Then maintain your calories intake through the different means. Test your body, everyone has different methods of attaining their desired physique but, diet is key. You can look for diets such as IIFYM or IF etc. you can try fitness pal for a start! Cheers!

used to be really skinny but bulk a lot during army by having many regular meals + stuffing myself with bread+peanut butter

Eat regularly and monitor your calories intake. Train according to your body type. Reps and rest time important as well.

you gotta eat big to get big.
i consume oats, and dry chicken breast for low fat high protein diet.
i do take supplements, but the protein from supplements accounts for only 30% of my RDI.

Do you train?
How do you train?
If you just want to gain weight,then eat more then you burn off calories.
There are multiple apps the hp app markets which help you calculate calories.
If you train and want to gain muscle mass,Eat to grow.
Simply eat if you are dirty bulking.
As much as possible.
Mass gainers help you achieve caloric surplus.
On top of natural food.
Supplements are not a direct source for mass by itself.
If you are looking for cheap,Mutant Mass or Universal Real Gains.

I took 6 lesser than normal portions of meals when I was trying to gain mass as well as protein shake after gym sessions. hopefully you're doing good so far haha

well, actually, i consider eat a lot but still under weight.
4 slices of bread, noodles and egg for breakfast.
2 big bowls of rice for lunch and dinner
