    Ian is correct but after 2 months u will take the weight gainer its increase your stamina as well as weight.

    try optimum, cheap and have lesser sugar compare to other brand. gain 2kg after using 1tub, but stomach also gain weight. haha

    Hit the gym, lift weights to exhaustion, then go back home and eat a big healthy meal... and repeat.

    And be patient. Muscle turns over slowly. Too much weight gain too fast = body fat!

    Find a supplement store near you and ask. Also check out bodybuilding.com, lots of great tips on how to bulk up. But as others have said - make sure you are going to the gym regularly and not just sitting at home or you'll just get fat.

    Just keep eating mate! Eat several meal just keep the meat going! white chicken breast hard boiled egg and bread and potato!! just keep them comingg! Sure can see results, but motivation is the most important

    try going for Optimum Nutrition, the most basic brand first. Take their mass gainer bout 2-3 times a day, sure gain weight!!

    Basically eat and train more. Like other have said, get enough protein and have clean carbs.

    You can use programs like Starting Strength that can add lots of lean body mass and in the process, make you much stronger.

    Best way to do it is to count your macros, make sure you are eating more than what your body needs daily. Good Carbs Good protein and good fats.
