        i personally think muscle tech stuff works for me.. been pretty skinny all my life, decided to bulk up a little. so i tried different brands of gainer and alas found the one for me.. but do drink lots of water and exercise at least a bit else it wont work..

          Increase your input and reduce your output that will make you gain.
          Can add in small meals in between your daily 3 meals.
          Do go to the gym at least 3 times a week to do some resistance training.
          If you are thinking of taking supplements, just get protein and add in 2 table spoon of glucolin will do, Cheaper way than buying gainers.
          Just my 2 cents info.

                        well, actually, i consider eat a lot but still under weight.

                        4 slices of bread, noodles and egg for breakfast.
                        2 big bowls of rice for lunch and dinner

                          I took 6 lesser than normal portions of meals when I was trying to gain mass as well as protein shake after gym sessions. hopefully you're doing good so far haha

                              Focus on the big exercises only --> Squats, Bench press, Pull-ups.

                              Keep doing these 3 and forget about the rest first.

                              Do them with intensity and till failure.

                                If you train and want to gain muscle mass,Eat to grow.
                                Simply eat if you are dirty bulking.
                                As much as possible.
                                Mass gainers help you achieve caloric surplus.
                                On top of natural food.
                                Supplements are not a direct source for mass by itself.
                                If you are looking for cheap,Mutant Mass or Universal Real Gains.
