    Wah seh...u pro leh...

    Me...Breakfast is bread usually..

    Lunch is Rice/Noodle

    Dinner is Rice/Noodle depending on wad I ate in the afternoon...hahaha

    my daily diet is along the lines like this:

    0700 breakie: cup of milo
    1200-1400hr (anytime) lunch: 3x toast sandwich or rice with last night leftovers
    1500hr tea: cup of english tea (500ml) with some snack
    1700hr dinner: rice/noodles with <special of the day>

    before my diet worse....
    0700 breakie: rice + meats (or congee) with a cup of milo
    1200-1400hr (anytime) lunch: toast with teh-C or chinese tea
    1500hr tea: another cup of english tea (500ml) with some snack
    1700hr dinner: rice/noodles with <special of the day> (usually one meats and one vege) + chinese tea + fruits

    no health supplements. so expensive my brother take, and eat like 6x/day watching diet etc etc (he is hardcore bodybuilder)

    last time i pump up because i need indurance/strength, now i just want to keep fit, but no motivation, rather do other activities
