Dinner is Rice/Noodle depending on wad I ate in the afternoon...hahaha

my daily diet is along the lines like this:
0700 breakie: cup of milo
1200-1400hr (anytime) lunch: 3x toast sandwich or rice with last night leftovers
1500hr tea: cup of english tea (500ml) with some snack
1700hr dinner: rice/noodles with <special of the day>
before my diet worse....
