    Try having 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 big ones.
    Low carbs and high protein for me works.

    Also, do exercises. ie; weight training or running etc.

      How does a busy working person have time for 6 small meals? Even 3 square meals would already be quite a problem.

          Just gym more and cardio more, eat clean too, less sauces, less fried, less prcoessed food should be fine.

            The number one and easiest way to start is to eliminate sugar drinks; soft drinks, tea or coffee with sugar, even juices. Just have water.
