monday mersing.. going to set off 6am

wed wnt fish fish, bcos frd call me tues morning, tell me got 2 slot, so i on loh.. also heng ah, cos thot sell some of my kor peo b4 going fishing .. hehee... thn tues afternoon and wed, thurs kor peo drop... kanna abit nia ... hee ... wht not heng = fishing ... KNN, kanna 1x tunder nia ... wtf.... midnight, current so strong, i use sz 30x2 also hard to hit bottom... thn i go zz leow at 1+am. .... 4am + wind pick up, boat rock quite violent ... hahaa... but i zz thru, those who stay up also zero ... hahaha.

No scare, no scare... I juz chut all the patterns i can think of on the sails. I'm even considering bringing my underwater camera setup and dive gears to try for some shots. You can be my model.

Lazy style oso will work, esp for bottom fish like ang kao. Thats what they do, let the jig sink to the bottom then slowly bump the jig back.

brief report.

xiong trip, for me tht is... sunday nite didnt get to zz til abt 3+am ( monday morning leow )... zz less thn 2 hrs wake up...

drv over to pic frd at 6am, KNN, he over zzz... waited 1 hr for him. set off at 7.10am, reach mersing 9.30am. the fishing boat berthing jetty quite easy to find, ask boat man to get rm100 live prawn, and some rm30 worth of mati prawn and sotong.

boat left 10.30am, line dn abt 12noon. the whole afternoon was mainly parrot fish, some how tis boat man seems to park the boat in a way tht the front section makan nia... and the 2 boatmen = front, and me & frd at the back...NB $%^!^@%^#%(!&$ .. must hv move at least 3 to 4 spots ... we kanna 1 parrot each..the boatman kanna at least 8 to 10 parrots, and a couple of them huge .. like 3 - 4+ kgs.

early nite session was so so, i kanna 1 ak and thn no action leow .. thn a kelong chi... thn follow by 3 chi mi sua ( 'blind shark' .. i think ang mo name = bamboo shark ) ... xi beh sian leow... frd also got 2 small jee leng sua and the 2 boatmen, kanna 3 ak and thn quiet leow, they zz early .. ..i also sian with chi mi sua, go zz ard 11pm, thn wake up cls to 2am to try again ... @#%!@%(&*!%(^(@& .... another 2 chi mi sua up .... F-it ... give up... go zz at 4+am.. wake up cls to 8am and see the 2 boatmen fishing again... i wake up and try .. and again front section eat nia ... ^%!@(#$$!^@($&%@

stop fishing at 9am, reach back to mersing, paid rm2 to a chalet room to pom pom there... shiok .. thn makan nearby and start drvin bck at 12, reach jb at 2pm, wnt jusco walk walk ... cos frd helping another frd buying some T.ali

reach home 4+pm... tired

anyway, result:
me= 1 parrot, 1 AK, 1 gao, 1 kelong chi, 5 chi mi sua
frd= 3parrot, 2 jee leng sua, 1 gao and dunno wht else.
boatmen= at least 12 parrots, 3Ak, and afew groupa.

NB, frm past experience, whn anglers little, boatmen whould get into the act and also join in and fish and also most of the time, the front of the boat makan nia ... %&!#($*&%@#& ..

yaloh.... nnb ay, the boatman enjoy more thn me... big hu-ha whn he hook up big parrot ...oh ohoh oh ... knn like moaning sound ... hahahhahaa

actually overall, boatman friendly .. but they not those helpful type, cos they also fishing mah

boat clean and quite nice, got toilet.. big enough for abt 8 ppl, comfort 6, best 4 to 5.... we go 2 ppl nia abit too ilttle, cos at night all zz, no ppl fish.

jigging, bo seng li .... try trolling also ... bo seng li. i think boat too fast, was looking at the gps, show 9+ kts ..i think if can get to 6 might hv chance, if troll 4kts will be good.
