    in Oz got people buy car with CASH!!!. My friend is one of them, he bought A$60k car with cash. the dealer also count until ask him to go and bring cheque

    as you rightfully mention, those who are reckless in their spending will rack up big bills. For those who are alert in spending, it is a great tool in maximising your money.

    I think...it would depend on the situation la...no hard n fast rule about it.

    But 1 thing is that,if paying 8k 1 short might cause some cash flow problem,dun risk it...
