    i dont think they are saying that with CC payments, there is no discount. it is just that with cash payments, the discount is more.

    take for example, if pay by CC, u get 15% discount. if pay by cash, u get say additional discount between 1-3%.

    with interest fee instalments, one have to find out more. sometimes interest free installments may be better.

    I have put 3 or 4 watch purchases (Rolex and Omega) on interest-free repayments before over the past 10+ years, but still got about 18% to 25% discount. You mean now no discount for CC repayments?

    Anyway (as an econs major) assuming I am eye-balling an 8k watch, and I do have 8k, I'll still put it on CC repayments if they are interest-free . (the caveat of knowing how to manage etc etc applies lah of cos..) Money loses value 3%-5% annually maybe?

    Huh ?! I like that compliment (that I'm rich) tho. I got no money that's why had to 'beg' for instalments. Nw heavily in debts. Will be selling my whole collection soon. Stay vigilant for coming sales !
