    I vote for Yan palace if budget is a constraint, else, I like Royal China @ Raffles Hotel and Taste Paradise @ Ion Level 4. Can easily find reviews on these online.

            Victor's Kitchen located at 91 Bencoolen Street #01-21 Sunshine Plaza is one of my fav places to go for Dim Sum =) They serve one of the best salted egg yolk custard buns, ice milk tea and etc etc.

                        I vote for red star too, oldie but goodie. But advice is go early, damn long queue on weekend mornings/brunch timings

                            tried victors kitchen at sunshine plaza..

                            great food, excellent value, lovely ambiance.. definitely my first choice next time..

                            note they are closed on mondays ha...

                            and the place not very near mrt one..

                                michelin 1 star in 2012 for the mong-kok and sham-shui-po outlets, at hawker center price
                                their Char Siew Bao is a must-try, rest of the dim sum are good but not fantastic
