Just sharing Imho. Red Star used to be my Fav. From the last 2-3 years, the standard dropped & prices increase in 大点, 小点. In term of best value, they just don't get my vote.

Tung Lok Dim Sum buffet @ Arena Country Club. One of my favourite place for Sunday brunch. Reasonably priced @ $22.80++/pax, away from the bustling city.

LEI Garden is still very good ! Was there last week .......6 adults 2 children paid $200 plus quite alright lah !
