IMO Tim Ho Wan is over-rated cause of the Michelin Star it received. Yes it's char siew bun is good (and that's probably about it), the rest of the food offered are decent but not worth the loooooong wait and money spent.

Late night supper menu (3am) limited to one page at Aperia mall. Not bad for expensive wholesome food at that hour

Only the tried char siew bun is unique and nice.. the rest is so so.. if you don't want to queue can try the outlet at apexia near lavender
