honestly it does make a lot of difference if you're just changing a few hundreds.
Travelling to tat particular plc needs cost too.

I just use atm . Have good bank dont get charged for using foriegn atm and get at current posted exchange rate with no conversion fees makes it nice . Still use my u.s bank.
