I feel that the rate doesn’t differ too much if we don’t change a large sum.. but generally the rate at People Park Centre and Arcade should be better. I would suggest that u go for a few comparison

if one is residing in the east, try the one at eastpoint basement.

Sim lim square level 2, there is a rather big money changer there, rates not bad

Definitely the ones at The Arcade in CBD. A whole level of money changers which will ensure you get the most competitive rates!
