should try sims lim square level one near 1 hifi second hand dealer shop.The exchange rate for ringgit is best...better than u change inside JB..

A R J Money Changer at Lot 1 Shopping Mall, Choa Chu Kang. Their rates are competitive and they give you an even better rate if you are changing larger amounts.

I always on to lucky plaza, named fajar, at lvl one and the other one I cannot remember te name but is at basement one, also by Indian and the shop also sell fabric one.

Went to him a couple times for small amount but Arcade at Raffles Place still offer the most competitive rates. Would suggest to go before 1130am to avoid long queue.
