        the next day when he wore the watch while driving, he notice something moving across the dial. on closer examination, it was one of the hands. it has fallen off. i shall not elaborate what happen between the buyer and HG as the case has been closed.
        This shall be my daily beater for the next few mths unless something more interesting comes along . If anything comes off it will because of my rough usage of watches . When i was having dinner and wearing my new time piece i already knocked it a few times against table and chairs .

                          This one too complicated .

                          For the perpetual calender IIRC cannot back date the hands too much else will damage the movement . Any major changes must be sent back to factory . Can triton confirm ??

                            Actually a lot of low profile people here who own more exclusive collections than my humble collection . Now i try to get one signature watch from each brand to finish my collection . Wonder how long that's gonna be ?

                              You remind me of this watch collector friend who collects from A to Z. I almost fainted when I saw his collection. He has 13 Rolex 6694, which he bought when they were $800+ a piece, and he's still hanging on to them

                                Actually watches as hedge against inflation is a good plan if you have the correct pieces .
