If the difference is not big, I would rather go to agent. Service invoice from official agent can command few dollars more incase you want to sell your watches later on.

Right! JW quote = $350 for servicing + 100 plus for parts = $450~500. Worst still 3 month to do the job which really put me off. Anyway end up going to Richemont for the servicing

Can't be 12 weeks. Must be change of important parts such as the crown tube or etc. parts from swiss.

I agree with you. Eta should be earlier about 2-4weeks.

                        hi guys,

normally, when u send ur watch for servicing, they will tell u 4 weeks or 12 weeks, but dun be surprise that u can collect it much much earlier.

take my rolex for example, when i sent it to change the dial and service, they told me 4 weeks but 1 week later, they say the watch is ready for collection.

and recently, my gf cartier got problem as the power reserve is less than 20 hrs but under warranty, when i sent it to king centre, they told me 7 days but 3 days later, it is ready.

My Zenith also got prob...so now it's in Switzerland and i won't see it for 12weeks...watch keeps running 15mins fast...after a recent overhaul...according to them, they may change the movement so have to send back to factory...starting to miss it liao...
