The property market is in a "stand off" now. Sellers not lowering and buyers waiting. Everyone is waiting to see how the sub-prime unfolds in the next few months. But mass market for both HDB and suburban condos are expected to holdup pretty well for this year due to demands. Prime properties, selectively, already show some sign of dipping. Im refering to highly speculated projects. But generally, the richs have good holding power.
