as to how u going to take back the watch, it is personal arrangement, if u scared friend dont return ur watch, dont do it. REMEMBER that the receipt BEARS HIS/HER name. so your friend is the legal owner.
i would not suggest you to go through this method to gain that extra 5%. there are other ways.....

anyway, it is nothing much to do with how to claim the 7%. some of the advice that im about to give is also from other sifu in here who taught me.
1) wait for the watch to come to you. never rush to get the watch(es) you
desire.
2) there are always PI imports, scout around, be patient. dont rush.
3) i have always stress before, do homework. sometimes i see some buyers rushing to get.if you have issues with your account, click here for self help and read forum rules here. 90% of your answers can be found in Forum FAQ
