IMHO with date is nicer. Maybe I am just used to watches with date.

No date is nicer I feel...seems it makes the watch more complete with the 3' o'clock position compared to the date on the date models..

Got Date:
1) Can refer when signing letter, cheque etc.
2) With Cyclops, have the classic Rolex look
3) Need to adjust the Date during certain months

No Date:
1) Cleaner Look
2) No need to adjust the Date.
3) Can wear and go without to bother about incorrect date

Just my 2cs, maybe more to add on by other bros.

it's because james bond that time was looking for a watch and Rolex declined to supply one for free, so james bond bo pian had to borrow from co-producer Cubby Broccoli, which was a sub 6538 (ND)....
