For practical reasons i went for the date. Quite hardfor me when meeting clients or in mtg to take out phone to check dates at a glance

But the nd is really a clean looking one. Both models are winners in my books

No date for me too! this is the only watch that gives a date/ no date option so i go for no date as other rolex mainly got date.

I don't adjust the date on my current GMT II. So I'll go for the ND.

Really depends on individual's preference. I'll go with the date since it provides a quick reference on one's wrist while at work, besides the cyclops lens/date thingy is pretty iconic of Rolex!

some like the cyclops as it is a Rolex thing.

if i can choose, i choose without cyclops. if can't then choose no date.

but both dimensions are the same (i stand corrected) so it boils down to personal preference...

Good choice! I feel the choice is yours. As long as you like the one you prefer, go for it. Good thing is since no date, no need to adjust the date if the time has elapsed, esp. the beginning of new month as not every month ends with 31st. Bad thing is... you have to remember the date! I suppose you are getting the latest Sub ND with ceramic bezel? That's a beautiful watch! Sometimes, I feel the looks of crystal without cyclope is very clean and beautiful.
