                      Its time to dig this old thread back!!! Kinda gaining weight recently! $hit!

                      PJ bro, here is my regular exercises, but seem hardly see good result.

                      Can help to give some advices? Hee hee...

                      Slow Running + Walking for 30mins. Follow by 100 push ups and 100 sit ups. 3-4 times weekly.

                      Not intending to build up body like Arnold, just wanna lose some fat and shape up my body abit.

                        This take some time from 3 to 6 month and depend on yours diet too. Cut down on oily and high Carbohydrates food too!Update us 3 month later. Good luck

                          i lose weight pretty fast...
                          this is what i normally do..
                          whatever you have been eating for meal, cut half... especially rice. normally we try to finish the dishes together with rice/noodle.
                          now you try eating more dishes n take in much lesser rice/noodle.

                          try slow jogging more than 30 min. your body will only start to burn fats after 20-30 mins. jogging is the best way to lose fats together with eat less meal. try eating less for each meal or even skip your dinner.

                          quite a number of people always go jogging, then tend to eat more.
                          oh yah, for me i normally skip dinner and use the time to go jogging after work 4-5 days per week.

                            lately been eating heaps.... for a few weekends already, taking dinner, followed by a heavy supper ard 3-4hrs later... and always feeling hungry. anyone knows why?

                                ive been busy yes, but havent felt stressed yet; but i do notice my fuse getting really short and easily agitated.
