I seem have have hit a plateau in my weight loss, the more I exercise(running) the hungrier I feel and the more I eat…???? how to deal with this? I am running 20-30km per week now.

My new year resolution is to be the slimmest I can be. Any tips from friends here? What's the fastest way apart from non-gym? I don't like being cooped up in a square hahha

How do you keep it up?

I want to get into shape and there were times when I would do planking and push-ups everyday, but I just couldn't sustain it.
After I skipped a few days I would stop indefinitely...

I would restart when I feel like it, and the cycle continues...

On top of all the usual like exercising, eating your greens, cutting down on sugars etc. Try incorporating intermittent fasting.

I tried 12 hours, 14 hours and then 16 hours respectively. I don't do much cardio but still maintaining healthy body mass, BMI and most importantly.. no fat belly now. I don't have a good metabolism to begin with so I won't complain. Intermittent fasting works for me!

The most necessary part of losing weight is just to do exercise.

This is the bare truth. To lose weight, one needs to:
    1. exercise
    2. have a diet that fits your goal (which is to lose weight)
    3. perform points 1 & 2 together, frequently, consistently, on a lifelong basis

the way you look depends on diet mostly, then training.
