    Yes they do. As JW does not have a PAM database, remember to bring along the original paperwork (cosc cert, movement sticker) so that they can ensure everything is in order.

    Just curious about the reason for servicing...for me i usually service after the 6th year of ownership on the average if nothing goes haywire within that period...

    Yes, not sure why but somehow it's always slow, even after winding and been monitoring for quite some time now. After I bought the watch, dont really have wrist time for at least 2 years. Been sitting in safe most of the time.

    JW is usally crowded on weekdays, specially during lunch hours. Hardly have space to move around in the shop due to browsing customers and long queue of customers enquiring for servicing and products.
