Despite it's truth, paper do play a part. Next u should look into the grey dealer reputation, any bad remarks ?? See and feel the real watch. You ll better understand the diff if it's fake. My experience dealing in fakes before, look for any abnormal or flaws of the whole package. You are talking about > 7k watch . It's must be perfect at all items

I thought if you are observant enough and read up more on the model, which you are getting, it is more or less there already.. unless the replica came from OP itself.

TS is buying from grey seller, so unless grey seller agrees to send detailed close up pics (including serial number), this may notwork. highly doubt that grey seller will do this.

best bet is still to bring down to the service center or to JW, and deal after 'authentication'

Because im eyeing for 113 and got a bro told me the serial number will be noticeable from the clear back case, and as long the serial number match the number on the cert then it will be an authentic one. Is this one of the method to check for authentication?

Richmont group don't do any official authentication like rolex. But u can bring into the service center and ask them adjust time or change strap and they can tell u if watch is a fake.

You can go to J W for authentication... They are reputable... I believed it cost $107 w/gst...

However, they are only open on thurs and sat...

Authentication for Pam

Hi guys, I am planning to get my 1st pam (thru grey seller) but have totally no experience. May I know where or how can I do an authentication? Im planning to get a 113 with a clear backcase, would that be easier to verify? Thanks!

Yes bro. Read from Forum in US there are poeple who got conned from eBay. Bought 111 full set but it's fake. Can't remember if he got money back.

This is a fake looking at the movement as I posted. There are now N series fake 111 and it can be modded to look really alike. So dont be surprised by clones now.

This is a bit scary if the quality was much better it would be indeed hard to tell them apart... At one glance think most of the folks spotted the OFFICINE PANERAI is out of line, but the bit on the incabloc was new to me but after observing my own PAM 111 that finally understood bro Glay78 was talking about.... Glad to learn something new today...

The casing with L series and the crown guard seems real to me.....normally fake series should be older series like H, G J... and the fake does not have level with the ball bearing which is visible. looks real to me.

The movement of the PAM 111 or 112 is very shiny, refined and well polished....but the picture of the movement is not clear... so hard to tell for the movement

Yes this is a fake. Looking at the incabloc tells u. The screw at the swan neck isn't touching the dagger too. If u know what I mean.
