So the tactics to adopt is really to just outfront say that you are looking for a 20% deal. That's the best right?

I believe any walk-in customer who asks for discount should get 20% off easily with cash/cc payment. Bargain harder and I believe the discount can go up to 22%-23%, if payment is by cash. Btw, congratz on your purchase and share some pics with us if you can.

The salesperson at 1 of the shops even showed me an "official memo" from Rolex saying discounts should not go beyond 15%
