if wan nicer seating place with tim sum,will suggest MBS Imperial Treasure.

Not so noisy place with nice seating and not bad tim sum too.

Girlfriend wanted to go there, so we queued about 1hr. Not really worth it, although food is ok, but can get same quality at other places without long Q.

Tried the big 4 heavenly kings + spinach dumplings + glutinous rice dumpling. All tasted very good except the carrot cake a bit plain in taste for me. Serving of food was fast. Ambience and comfort could be better - the small table and stools we had remind me of Ya Kun. Price is reasonable imo.
